How it works
If anything you bought from Vibe Shipped isn't useful to you, you can get your money back in full within 14 days of purchase. You don't need to give a reason.
- Reply to your purchase email, or write to hello@vibeshipped.co.
- Include the email address you used at checkout, or your order number if you have it handy.
- We process the refund through Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider. It usually shows up on your card within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Something broken?
If a file is missing or something doesn't work, tell us. We'll fix it or send a corrected version, and you can still have the refund if you'd rather.
The fine print
Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record and takes care of sales tax and VAT. Our products are digital downloads; nothing is shipped. The free starter pack costs nothing, so there's nothing to refund.
